It's my FIRST!

I finally joined my first quilting bee! I'm so excited! BTW I was going to grab the button... but I'm technically challenged and also can't remember where it's at. :/ I haven't made up my mind what my block is going to be yet. But since it's January of 2011... I figured I have a little time on my hands to figure it out! I seen the fractured star block somewhere here in blog land but can't remember where... I'll post another picture just in case someone is reading out there that knows.

I also would like to have circles. I have tried some but they didn't turn out so great.. I'll keep trying though. And if neither of those work out then I would love to have the double wedding ring block. I have admired it for awhile now... this is the year to try it. It might be a long term project but that's ok. Happy blogging and sewing!
